AccountEdge - this is desktop software for Apple Mac computers. This software has the same functionality as AccountRight Live did before the "Live", meaning your data is stored on your computer or network drives not in the cloud, and bank feeds are not available in this product as yet. So it handles standard bookkeeping for GST and year-end financial information and can import bank transaction files downloaded from internet banking websites. The software range covers basic requirements like sales invoicing and bank transactions, thru to more advanced features like inventory, time billing, basic job costing and foreign exchange. NB: You can use the free AccountEdge Mobile app on your iphone/ipad by storing your AccountEdge datafile in a Dropbox account integrated folder on your Mac computer. This nifty "workaround" makes it possible to access your data from your mobile devices.

These products produce the reports you need for paying your employees, filing PAYE and fulfilling your employer responsibilities for payroll record-keeping under current payroll legislation. Atlas - a do-it-yourself low-cost business website service. Websites created using Atlas can integrate with your social media sites on facebook, linked and twitter, can help you purchase your own domain (or you can use your own existing domain) and Atlas can handle email forwarding of domain email addresses for you if you wish. You can display products with an image, price and description, and can take sales thru the shopping cart and can take payments using Paypal. The websites created are optimised for smartphones.
