There are MYOB smart phone apps that integrate with Essentials (above) or AccountRight (below) for invoicing, as well as receipt/bill capture into the InTray.
Desktop/Data in Cloud/Browser-based: AccountRight Live – a hybrid software that is desktop installed, but you can store your data in the cloud if you want, giving you remote access from any anywhere. AccountRight data in the cloud now also has browser-based access making it accessible from Apple devices. Apart from being able to handle standard bookkeeping for GST and year-end financial information, it also has bank feeds, smartbills Intray and OnTheGo smart phone app access. The software range covers basic requirements like sales invoicing and bank transactions, thru to more advanced features like inventory, time billing, basic job costing and foreign exchange. There are quite a number of add-on solutions that can extend the functionality of this software beyond its standard features.
